Terms of trade

Eligibility
Any registered business can apply. We do not ask about your sector. If we cannot verify your tax ID, we ask for your registration documents. Prices stay hidden until your tax ID is verified.
Delivery
Shipping is charged according to the order (number of pallets) and shown in the quote. The expected dispatch date is also shown in the quote.
Order request and quote
“Request order” is not a payment. Within 1 business day of your request, we email you a quote (product code · boxes · unit price · amount · best-before date · shipping cost · total · estimated dispatch date). The quote is valid for 7 days.
Payment
Pay by card with the payment link in the quote. If you do not pay within the 7-day validity, the quote expires. Send a new request and we will send you a new quote. We prepare dispatch once payment is confirmed.
Quantity changes
After checking the quote and before payment, you can change quantities by replying to the quote email. We then send a new quote with the changed quantities.
Cancelled
Before payment, you can cancel by replying to the quote email. After payment, you can cancel only before dispatch, by email.
Returns
Report damage, wrong items or quantity differences by email with photos within 2 business days of delivery. After checking, we replace the goods or refund the difference. We do not accept returns for other reasons.
Best-before dates
Best-before dates are not shown on the website. The best-before date of each product is stated in the quote. After checking it, you can change quantities or cancel.
Price changes
Prices are updated twice a day. If a price changes after your order request, the quote shows this in a note (e.g. Jin Ramen Hot 120 g, unit price €0.75 → €0.78 (changed after request)). The amount in the quote is the final amount.
Out of stock
Out-of-stock products are not shown in the list and appear again when back in stock. A product that goes out of stock after the quote is removed from this shipment. If you have already paid, we refund the difference.
