Kimchi stays at 0-5°C and frozen dumplings at -18°C or below. With 3+ products, FREE ice box included with 4-6 ice packs. Guaranteed 24-hour delivery for maximum freshness!
Spain mainland: FREE from €35 (otherwise €5). Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Ibiza, etc.): +€3 island surcharge even above €35. Portugal: FREE from €80 (otherwise €7). France: FREE from €100 (otherwise €10). Just 10 ramen packs or 2-3 kimchi jars and you already get free shipping to Spain!
Orders Monday-Thursday before 3:00 PM → same-day dispatch, next-day delivery. Example: order Monday morning → receive Tuesday; order Wednesday 2:00 PM → receive Thursday. IMPORTANT: chilled/frozen orders after Thursday 3:00 PM are shipped following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Friday: ambient products only (ramen, snacks). No weekend service.
NO! With 3+ chilled/frozen products, the ice box is COMPLETELY FREE. Includes 4-6 ice packs free. With 1-2 products, we use insulated bags with 2-3 ice packs. All packaging is 100% FREE. Reuse your ice box for the beach or picnics!
If there's any chilled/frozen product, the ENTIRE order is packed in an ice box and shipped together via 24h express GLS/Correos Express. Example: ramen (ambient) + kimchi (chilled) = everything packed with ice and delivered together. NOTE: Friday no chilled shipping, only ambient. Friday orders with chilled items automatically move to Monday shipping.
