The original dish this sauce was made for. Layer sliced radish on the bottom of a pot, place cleaned hairtail (beltfish) on top, pour in the sauce with water, and simmer for 20–25 minutes. The radish soaks up the spicy-sweet broth beautifully — a classic Korean home-style favourite.
