This product is sold frozen. Thawing: The recommended method is to thaw slowly overnight in the refrigerator (below 4°C). If you need to thaw quickly, place the product in a sealed bag and submerge in cold water. Microwave defrosting is possible but may affect product quality. Storage: Keep frozen (below -18°C) before opening. Once thawed, store refrigerated and consume within 2–3 days. Do not refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
