Goraesa Eomuk Tteok-mali is a product that combines two traditional Korean foods: eomuk (fish cake) and tteok (rice cake). Eomuk is made by finely grinding fish flesh, mixing it with flour and other ingredients, shaping it, and then cooking it — similar in concept to Japanese kamaboko or European fish terrine. Wrapped around it is a traditional Korean rice cake, adding a satisfying chewy texture. In Korea, it is a staple snack and light meal enjoyed at street stalls and snack shops, served warm in broth. As a frozen product, it is easy to store and has a mild, clean flavor once cooked.

Please be mindful of excessive consumption in relation to the WHO recommended daily sodium intake (under 2,000mg). In particular, if consuming as a broth-based dish, drinking all of the broth will significantly increase sodium intake, so it is recommended to moderate the amount of broth consumed. Those on a low-sodium diet should pay close attention to portion sizes. ⚠️ Note: The precise nutritional values for this product (energy, fat, carbohydrates, protein, salt, etc.) have not yet been confirmed from official sources.
