G7 3-in-1 Instant Coffee Mix is a Vietnamese-style instant coffee sachet that combines coffee, creamer, and sugar all in one. The "3-in-1" means these three components are pre-blended — simply add hot water and your coffee is ready. The key difference from typical European instant coffees (such as Nescafé) is the use of Vietnamese Robusta beans. Robusta contains more caffeine than Arabica, has a stronger bitter note, and delivers a heavier, bolder body. Combined with the sweet creamer and sugar, it produces the rich, sweet flavour characteristic of Vietnamese café-style coffee.

This product is suitable for vegetarians. It contains no meat or fish ingredients. However, it is not suitable for vegans. The creamer contains sodium caseinate, a milk-derived protein, which means the product contains an ingredient of animal origin. Those following a strictly plant-based diet should avoid this product.

This product contains two of the 14 major allergens required to be declared under EU food labelling regulation (EU No 1169/2011): First, Milk — the creamer contains sodium caseinate, which is derived from milk. Second, Soybeans — the soluble coffee mix contains soya. Anyone with a milk or soya allergy should not consume this product. Gluten-free status has not been officially confirmed by the manufacturer; those with gluten sensitivity or coeliac disease are advised to contact the manufacturer directly before consuming.

Preparation is very simple. Empty one sachet (16g) into a cup, add approximately 130–150ml of hot water, and stir well. Serving it hot is the traditional method, but it can also be enjoyed cold. To make an iced drink, use less hot water (about 80ml) to brew a strong concentrate, then pour it over a glass filled with ice. The sweet, creamy flavour pairs well with added milk or whipping cream. In Vietnam, it is also traditionally enjoyed with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk.

This product uses Vietnamese Robusta beans, which typically contain approximately 1.5 to 2 times more caffeine than the Arabica beans commonly used in European coffees. As a result, this product has a relatively high caffeine content. People who are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or anyone advised by a doctor to limit caffeine intake should exercise caution or consult a healthcare professional before consuming. Healthy adults are generally advised to keep total daily caffeine intake below approximately 400mg.
